Michael was my manager for a brief period of time but even before that, he was always the nice guy in the office saying Good morning to everyone and bringing fruit :) He is this nice happy guy that everyone enjoys having in his team. I was lucky enough to have him as my manager. He always made sure we were given the appropriate amount of time to do the work and always helped us when in need. He was vital to our team as he ensured we were happy while at work. I sincerely believe a lot of managers should be more like him - results-oriented but still keeping him team happy and organised!
