  At the request of my clients legal team, I reviewed change orders and other documentation relative to the construction of a $33,000,000 motor yacht. The purpose of this review was to investigate possible overcharging of construction materials used to build the yacht since this was a cost plus type contract format. I was able to prove not only overcharging but also the use of materials unsuitable for marine use. My client and his legal team were able to use this information to win a settlement from the yacht builder. Show less
