Michael is focussed, clear headed, and smart. On Elysium, we threw all sorts of different tasks at Michael - layout, modelling, continuity checks, asset completion and quality control, pipeline compatibility issues, and more. Not only did Michael complete them as directed - carrying them out efficiently and smilingly - he more often than not went beyond what we requested. Seemingly No task was too big or too small. It is this sense of initiative and responsibility that I was most impressed by, especially given his limited work experience in the industry. In a very short time, he became a key contributor to the film. To top it all off, Michael is a really nice guy - down to earth, no attitude, positive. I would have no hesitation in recommending Michael for further jobs in the industry.
