•Created a college wide policy that offered in-state tuition rates to active duty military students resulting in increased enrollment by more than 40 percent. •Participated in policy and strategy development with college administration to create a new policy impact tuition for military personnel. •Crafted a cross-disciplinary enrollment infrastructure for admissions, academic advising, and learning resources to international students and military service members. •Worked to support the direction of college administration by researching Best Practices for online student support services for a Statewide Board of Governors (BOG) review. •Spearheaded an enrollment team that recruited 268 students for the bridge program that yielded in 93% retention rate. •Pioneered a Peer Advocate Program for first-generation high school graduates under the umbrella of the Broward College Academy for Excellence (BCAE) to ensure transition to college-readiness and success for students with at-risk factors. •Trained and supervised 16 peer advocates that provided mentorship and tutorial support through the Learning Resource Center with their paired mentees. •Created and authored marketing materials in catalogs and brochures for preparatory, international and veteran students.
