Michaela is an incredible individual and employee. Always eager to learn and grow in her position, to make things better as she approaches a task. A very loyal employee who will see the big picture beyond herself. I could personally work along side of Michaela for ever, her enthusiasm and positive attitude for her job is infectious. Michaela gets along well with everyone, she is extremely nice and caring to all individuals. I personally cheer her on in all she will persu in her career...I see her going places, and doing good things.

I have been one of Michaela’s supervisors in the Office of Residence Life at Marquette University since 2015. Michaela serves as a primary point person for visitors, both in person and over the phone, as well as serving as a resource for both student and staff questions. Michaela is dependable, showing up for every single shift on time and ready to work. She has a great attitude towards work and attacks each task that is presented to her in a positive and professional manner. This is of the utmost importance, being that she is one of the front-line faces for our department. Michaela is also no stranger to teamwork, as she is often working alongside another peer. She is able to collaborate and work effectively with others. Additionally, Michaela is systematic in the way she balances life outside of work. She is majoring in Digital Media, minoring in Public Relations, and takes an active role in many organizations both within and outside of the Marquette community. Michaela never settles for anything less than her best, high quality work, and the dedication she provides to each of these roles speaks volumes about her character. It is a pleasure being able to work with Michaela, I have no doubt that she will be successful in all of her future endeavors.
