Taking inbound calls and dealing with direct customers about their holiday booking and dealing with all the customer payments, whether this is talking about their direct debit that they have with us, or talking to a customer regarding a balance extension and allowing them more time to pay their holiday balance if we have covered the correct cancellation charges and setting up new direct debits for customers. When we aren’t on the phones we have admin tasks that we have to adhere too. These admin tasks are daily processes that we have to follow which include the direct debit processes and getting sent different trackers to make sure the right template (if needs to) gets sent out to customers reminding them to pay for their holiday – e.g. they could’ve missed a payment on the direct debit and once this has been cancelled we would then have to make that template and send this to the customer via email.

Supporting a child 1:1 in year 4 which is Monday-Friday. When working 1:1 with the child I have my own timetable which has to be performed every day. I support the child 1:1 whether in the classroom or outside the classroom. Reading everyday with the child, and supporting the child in all lessons. I also have to deliver a lesson called magic maths with a group of children in the morning which happens every day and this increases their maths skills. Every day I also carry out a phonics lesson with a group of children to help them with their sounds and spelling.

Taking on renewal or quote calls- regarding if the member is happy or not to go ahead with their yearly renewal of home insurance. As a company they are keen to reward existing members and my role helped ensure that message was relayed and wherever possible customers were retained. Dealing with new home insurance quotes, e.g. a family moving home and need Building and Contents for their home. Using the PRIDE code always, and taking the member on a good Nationwide journey.
