Michaela is one of those people who makes you feel as though you have known each other a lifetime. One of life's true relationship builders, she is inspiring, warm, engaging and full of energy. Michaela and I worked together to implement some processes into her business, and had a lot of fun whilst doing so. She thrives in a problem solving environment and relishes a challenge which makes her such an asset to her clients. More than that though, she really cares- about the people she works with, about her clients, and about making people's lives better through the products she offers. I could not recommend her more highly as someone you want to be doing business with.

      I have an overwhelming passion to help people in any way I can. Whilst working at ANZ I had the opportunity to help Small Businesses, Start, Grow and Thrive and help them to my best ability when they were in a bind. My fondest memory in my time at ANZ was collaborating with both my Small Business and Retail Branch teams to drive community based initiatives. However my proudest accomplishments was assessing complicated unsecured business proposals and delivering approved loan applications to my customers so they can go ahead and start their business. Turning away from a challenging loan application was not an option! ANZ Small Business is an incredible place to work, although the job itself can be challenging it really pushes you to reach your potential.       Randstad was my first job here in beautiful Sydney. I was lucky enough to fall into an amazing team led by the very accomplished and now Director of Randstad NZ Katherine Swan. Here I quickly learnt how the rumours of Sydney being the rat race city of ANZ was no joke. Working at Randstad made me realise what my passion was and still is, People. Liaising with individuals from all walks of life, listening to their stories and learning what their career goals were I was instantly attracted to the Recruitment Industry and the purpose of the Recruitment Consultant role. I inherited a Temporary Government Business Support desk, and successfully doubled the number of temps in my short time at Randstad and gained knowledge on how to successfully execute the Recruitment Process. Being both Candidate and Client focused was what led my success in having rapid yet stable growth on my desk. Recruitment is 100% an industry I will re-visit in the future. Show less
