However my proudest accomplishments was assessing complicated unsecured business proposals and delivering approved loan applications to my customers so they can go ahead and start their business. Turning away from a challenging loan application was not an option! I inherited a Temporary Government Business Support desk, and successfully doubled the number of temps in my short time at Randstad and gained knowledge on how to successfully execute the Recruitment Process.
