Hiring - Keeping an extraordinary pace hiring in a challenging market over the last year, completing the FundApps tech hiring plan prior to the end of the year. - Shifted gears and gained exposure with Commercial hiring, filling Sales Manager and Legal Counsel roles whilst supporting new Hiring Managers. - Completed Internship hiring with gender balance in 1.5 months. - Simplified recruitment processes by removing unnecessary steps or combining them resulting in taking the pressure off the Engineering team. Events/Branding - Organised event attendance at Silicon Milkroundabout and a Women in Tech & Business event that was new for FundApps. Coordinated with Operations for a smooth delivery and collected leads for our pipeline which resulted in two hires. - Recognised FundApps needed a refresh of the Meet the Team video and worked closely with team members from Operations and Marketing to bring the idea to life. Filming is complete, editing in progress! - Brought the FundApps Glassdoor page fully up to date and engaged members of the Engineering team to write blogs to showcase our culture and achievements. Projects - Worked closely with the Commercial Talent Partner to create content and deliver Interview Feedback Training to Hiring Managers and Interviewers, sharing knowledge on the how's and why's of the importance of feedback and being aware of Unconscious Bias. - Led the search for a new ATS when the current platform was due for renewal and was responsible for sourcing and implementing a new employee background checking software. - Led the search for an Apprenticeship provider as FundApps look to roll out Apprenticeships in June 2023. Achievement - Through my use of the Hired platform, FundApps was recognised on Hired’s 2nd annual List of Top 10 Employers Winning Tech Talent (Recognition was based on top three attributes of an employer brand in line with Hired’s Vision Pillars of Equity, Efficiency, and Transparency).
