      This was a fast-paced and high-volume recruitment position. Peakbound experienced Voluntary Administration and closed its doors September 2018.PKL are a Recruitment Agency based in Sydney, I was an Account Manager for a huge outsourcing marketing company called Peakbound. They outsourced for various insurance and banking campaigns. My role as an Account Manager involved;• Responsible for high-volume recruitment for all campaigns. This involved; advertising, phone screening, short-listing and interviewing all candidates. • Create and conduct a full assessment centre as part of the interview process. I would run assessments centres four out of five days a week. This includes; creating and presenting a power point presentation, ice breakers, group activities and role plays. • Responsible for post registration candidate management, hiring and on-boarding of all those successful candidates. • Acting as the first point of contact for all those employed at Peakbound through PKL i.e Candidate Care. • Liaising with all campaign managers regarding weekly recruitment pipeline • Relationship building with Client and Candidates.
