I worked with Michael at Camnet for many years originally employing him as a BDM. Michael was open to learn new products and methodologies and soon mastered his new position and became a person of substance that I could rely on. Michael is a person of good character, his ethics and integrity is without question. He was always a team player assisting other sales reps taking the load off me on many occasions, for this reason he was promoted to Sales Manager. He always sought to assist clients in solving their problems whilst working within company guidelines. I would have no hesitation re employing Michael if I was in that position or recommending Michael to any future employer.

      • I started my employment at Also Technology as an Account Manager before being promoted to Products Manager in late 2009. Also Technology is a distributor and importer of computing and consumer electronics products. • I was responsible for maintaining a database of existing clients and sourcing new potential clients. This also involved providing regular sales advice, service and support to clients and answering the telephone. • Along with the company director, I was responsible for maintaining business relationships with key partners and attending regular meetings to discuss new business opportunities and ensure a continual successful relationship with those clients. At times, I would have to do product demonstrations to highlight key concepts and innovative features along with awareness of the company and services and support that we could provide. • As Product Manager, I was responsible for testing, evaluating and recommending new products and sources directly to the company director on a regular basis. I also assisted the director with forecasting of our imported products and worked on promotions and campaigns with our clients to ensure successful sell through of our products. • At times I also assisted with the company website of updating details and products, the company’s Facebook, Twitter and technical support forum. I also assisted with customer service and support and dealing with issues that arose. • I also worked on at times and developed ideas and concepts related to marketing strategies and advertising of our products with key partners.
