Open the store by myself and got the bays ready for early morning appointments. Quickly examined customers car, checking miles, tread depth, looking for punctures in the tires, as well as note tire size. Worked the front, answering the phones, scheduling appointments over the phone, confirming online appointments, informing customers on products or services that they needed to know about, order any parts that we did not have in store for the technicians, and doing price estimations for all the working being done. Occasionally during very busy days, would change and patch tires as well as balance them, and do oil changes. Close the store by myself, count register and transactions at the end of the day to make sure final numbers for the day were correct, file other transactional paperwork, depositing the cash to company bank account at the end of the shift, ensure the store is locked up safely and properly.
