  PADCO, Inc. (Planning and Development Collaborative International) is a Washington based firm working in Egypt under a contract with United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to implement the Middle Egypt Utilities Institutional Strengthening Project. This project aims at building management, organizational and administrative skills for utilities through a set of pre-agreed programs and training courses Task A : Develop Leakage and Loss Reduction Programs 1- Carried out water auditing for all cities in Bain Suef governorate. 2- Supervised 35 people for the meter accuracy survey to achieve the following tasks: - Measuring the water production and consumption of water treatment stations - Auditing the results of leak detection survey on transmission lines and distribution lines network 3- Develop leakage and loss reduction programs for all cities in Beni Suef governorate. 4- Provide specific “10 year plan for water loss reduction”.   Harza Environmental Services Inc. is a Chicago based firm working in Egypt under a contract with United States Agency for International Development (USAID). The Master Planning Project aimed to assess the existing water and wastewater networks and develops Water and Wastewater Master Plans for the Fayoum, Beni Suef and Minia Governorates for the year 2022. 1- Collecting technical data from different sites in Fayoum Governorate. 2- Carried out the meter survey in Fayoum, Beni Suef and Minia Governorates, using MUN – 1B Utility Service Analyzer. 3- Carried out leak detection survey on transmission lines and distribution lines network using subsurface leak detection (leak correlator – LC – 2100) 4- Entering data and calculate the unaccounted for water.
