Human resource development principles and strategies including training needs analysis 4.Administrative matters: Review and maintain an effective records management system for AGO including the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by other Divisions. 5.Managing resources: Manage the effective allocation of resources to ensure effective support to implement agreed strategies and actions set out in AGO Corporate Plan 6.Performance management/development: Plan, implement, review and develop the performance of self and staff to ensure focus on attainment of set performance targets Show less
