Lowkel is a Portland based shopping and delivery app. We partner with locally based businesses to give consumers a way to shop stores in their community, and have those products delivered the same day. Our aim is to give our partners a way to compete with e-commerce giants as well as giving consumers a better way to keep their money spent in their own communities.
