I have used these tools as part of in class and remote learning and constantly adapt my practice to the needs of the learners while also using my own Continuous Professional Development, to update my knowledge and stay up to date with the most current teaching techniques. Manager of he Under 21's team at the club. Working closely with the First team staff and club committee to grow the club on and off the field. I also work closely with the junior section of the club to identify young players with potential to progress through the club. 2018/2019 Season Lancashire Galaxy League Champions - 80% win ratio for all league games played with 10 players making appearances for the first team throughout the season. Lancashire Under 21 County Cup Champions - County cup champions, becoming the first team representing Padiham FC to win at the County Ground in Leyland. 2019/20 Season Played a pivotal role in setting up a new U18s team within the club, running trials to put the team together. The under 21's team moved league to participate in the Lancashire FA Under 21s League. The team were in first place, with a ten point lead & an 80% win ratio for games played, at the time COVID-19 Pandemic ended football for the season. Working under the first team manager and alongside the Development Squad Manager the role involves planning, delivering and evaluating two 90 minute coaching sessions per week for the clubs Under 23 Development Squad. Role includes recruiting of players, looking for players and offering them trials within the club. Attending all Development Squad league games, preparing pre match warm up and contributing to final team selection for all games within the Lancashire Galaxy Floodlit league.In conjunction with my role as the Development Squad Coach. I am also the first team’s performance analyst. The role involves filming all of the first teams games and creating a highlight package of each game, that is then uploaded to the clubs YouTube account. The role also involves creating clips of any aspect of the game that the First team manager wants to view again. The turnaround from filming to publishing is a maximum of 48 hours, the role requires me to work to a tight schedule in order to achieve targets set. The main software used for the performance analyst work is Focus 2xi. Show less
