Whether it's Finance or Leadership Development, he can gauge the level of knowledge and bring them to a better understanding and application of the topic. Michael also co-facilitates naturally. There were several occasions we co-facilitated so we had a short meeting before to discuss our plans and it fell into place when we actually had to facilitate together. He brings his own experience as a leader in Finance to his training and was a hit in the classroom. An organization would be fortunate to have such a high-performing employee!
