Summer Intern
-
Jun 2014 - Aug 2014
I created custom city web pages using targeted search terms to increase web traffic. These terms were related to "hot" Google terms which clients were likely to search for when requesting services. Also, improved existing web sites of firms around the world by researching local markets and adding relevant custom content making them appear first on search engines during searches for their services. The products sold by these firms and their markets differed substantially and required specific treatment on a case by case basis. I also managed to produce the most customer sales leads (200) in the Treehouse Group during my first day out of training.

Wodz Zuchow/ Camp Counselor
-
Jul 2009 - Jul 2012
Trained counselors in leadership skills, including conflict resolution and problem solving. I also trained future counselors in managing the camp store effectively and efficiently. To do this I created and implemented an excel model to efficiently track store goods, accounts and sales. I was also directly responsible for the well-being of 10 campers in addition to supervising the broader population of over 100 individuals. This duty required careful management and planning to make sure that the campers experiences were as pleasant as possible.
