      How does Michael work with sellers? With home pricing being a critical aspect of selling you home, Michael is detail oriented and takes the time to properly run the comparables to ensure the house is marketed at the right price. He completes a thorough walkthrough with his sellers and offers suggestions on how to stage the house and recommends changes needing to be made in order to overcome objections by potential buyers. How does Michael work with buyers? Interviewing the buyer and taking notes to determine the buyers’ needs in a home is crucial when preparing to purchase a home. Once the buyers’ needs have been established Michael will work hard to put together custom MLS searches that meet the needs of his clients. Buyers can then review the homes on line and select the ones they want to schedule for a private showing. While at a private showing Michael will point out the good, the bad, and the ugly to make sure nothing is overlooked during the tour of a home.
