  I am currently working as a prescription coordinator for the NHS, my main role is to answer incoming calls from the public and order their repeat prescription for medication, in this role I have taken more senior role within the team helping set up projects so we can wider support the community in the access to medication by setting up meetings with service providers and clinical staff. By setting up these meeting I was responsible for all data reporting, with using excel to very high standard to give the best and clear data possible to present to various staff members, in this role I was the main point of contact for colleague support and training, conducting and preparing interviews for new roles, attending meetings with directors and doctors regarding various aspect of the service from data including call volume and prescription request completed.
