-As a technical trainer, prepared, conducted, and evaluated technical training programs. Wrote literature and training materials to be used in programs and designed exercises to enhance lectures. Conducted classes regarding safety, operations, security, installation, maintenance, machinery, and equipment for individual training, specialized team training, and staff planning. -Developed, coordinated, and supervised training scenarios and for evaluation of personnel and team proficiency for two battalion training events, 15 company events, and 1200 employees. Trained and certified 46 specialized team members. -As a subject matter expert regarding the Marine Corps Readiness program, ensured period readiness reviews were coordinated with stakeholders within the unit. Antiterrorism Officer / Physical Security Officer

As the unit Physical Security Program Manager, established a comprehensive physical security program which had not existed. Conducted research and analysis, set policy and procedures, organized and coordinated with other stakeholders to build a physical security program which complimented other security programs within the unit and provided cohesive unity of action plan for physical security. -As the unit Antiterrorism Program Manager, took a virtually non-existent and antiquated antiterrorism program and updated it to reflect current orders and policies. Conducted multiple anaylysis and developed administrative and material mitigations to strengthen antiterrorism procedures and practices. Coordinated with other stakeholders with overlapping program requirements to build a comprehensive antiterrorism plan which complimented other components of security and consequence management programs within the unit.

CBRN Defense Officer / Antiterrorism Officer / Physical Security Officer / Readiness Officer

-Trained and certified more than 1800 employees, certified and evaluated more than 66 employees for specialized team training. Staff planning and development training. -Coordinated with three branch offices across the United States and the program manager to revise and author a chapter of their community of practice doctrine with regards to Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense. -As a subject matter expert regarding combat operations center functions and operations, trained and prepared the battalion staff for command and control and information management during offsite training from Camp Lejeune North Carolina to Ft Irwin California. -Coordinated, planned, and developed numerous morale and teambuilding events within the unit, including two annual organizational events. -As a subject matter expert regarding the Marine Corps Readiness program, ensured period readiness reviews were coordinated with stakeholders within the unit. Prepared timely and accurate information and staff assessments and drafted recommendations for command review. -As a project manager within the organization responsible for the unit’s physical security program, readiness program, and chemical biological nuclear defense, Readiness, Antiterrorism, Physical Security, Violence Prevention, Body Composition, and Vehicle Licensing Programs, was the recipient of compliance and quality control inspections. All programs were found capable and received noteworthy remarks. -Planned and developed a five day training program to train and certify employees for specialized team training. The training focused on initial responder and first responder training, use of specialized equipment and employment, and roles and responsibilities within each team structure.

Antiterrorism Officer / Non-lethal Weapons Program Officer

-As a technical trainer/coordinator planned, coordinated, and executed over 60 hours of Non-Lethal Weapons training, including Mechanical Advantage Control Holds, oleoresin capsicum inoculation, X-26 Taser certification and indoctrination, and NLW live fire training for more than 120 Marines and Sailors. -Planned, coordinated, and executed over 40 hours of individual and team CBRN training to include open area exercises.-Responsible for the accountability and management of more than 6 million dollars of Non-lethal Weapons and CBRN equipment.-Drafted an Antiterrorism/ Force Protection and emergency action plan for Permanent Operating Site Mihail Kogalnicueanu, Romania which was used as the installation plans. -Planned, coordinated, and executed a mass casualty training event which incorporated local Romanian military forces.-Conducted several exercises to test and validate the BSRF Emergency Action Plan. -Planned, coordinated, and executed a two week squad competition for 120 Marines and sailors. -Coordinated with the Romanian Naval Academy to host a leadership seminar.

CBRN Defense Officer / Counter-IED Program / Antiterrorism Officer

-During two deployments, maintained a CBRN account totaling more than 1.5 million dollars of individual CBRN equipment, and associated chemical and radiological detection equipment. Coordinated the disposition of obsolete sensitive radiation detection equipment, ensured shelf life monitoring and equipment accountability, preventative maintenance, scheduled calibration, and corrective maintenance. -As the Senior Watch Officer in the combat operations center during two chaotic and high stress deployments, ensured accurate battle tracking, de-convulsion of maneuver elements, and safe and effective employment of indirect fires and close air support. -For a period of nine months, acted as the assistant operations officer facilitating company and battalion level training events for 1200 marines and sailors. Assisted with the planning and coordination of 16 company-level training events and 10 battalion-level events. Ensured all annual training requirements was coordinated and executed. -Served as the CIED equipment coordinator for the battalion and maintained 4.5 million dollars of IED defeat related equipment. Ensured accountability, maintenance, and distribution of material assets. Chaired a weekly working group amongst intelligence, explosive ordnance disposal, and area stakeholders to ensure latest intelligence, emerging threats, and best practices were shared throughout the organization. -As the Antiterrorism Officer, conducted vulnerability and risk assessments for more than 23 fixed sites for Antiterrorism assessments. Conducted line of sight assessments to determine gaps in observation for security personnel. Leveraged available material solutions to provide fixed site intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance assets and other force protection equipment for each site, coordinated delivery, new equipment training, and stood as the liaison for maintenance and logistical support.
