I have worked with Michael for many years, I first met Michael whilst he was working with Wiedenbach where we were working on the merger of the Weidenbach business into the Domino organisation. Over the past year I have worked more closely with Michael on running a global project to change the way our entire organisation managed Laser warranty returns, in this time I have got to know Michael on professional level as well as personally. The laser warranty project was also being used for Michael to obtain his Green Belt in Lean 6 Sigma which was achieved along with large cost and time savings. The hard work and attention to details has since enabled me to duplicate this project with another one of Domino's manufacturing sites with easy. I enjoyed spending the year working with Michael on this project and getting to know him on a personal and professional level, he always brought a fresh pair of eyes and had many ideas and suggestions on how to move the project forward. Michaels approach to solving problems and coming up with solutions is very customer focused and at the same time has the overall business plan/strategy in mind. Michael always brought a lot of energy and passion to our project meetings which in turn made it a perfect environments to share ideas and stay engaged and focused on the end goal. Michael, because of his methodical approach and very strong people and resource networking skills, could develop a very robust organisation at Domino Laser.
