  Thousand Oaks I retired in 2014 and after a while I was looking for something to do. I responded to an ad that was looking for volunteers at our local library. The Thousand Oaks Library receives many donated books. I'm part of the On-Line Sales Team. My job is to research the books that come in and see if they are worth enough money to try and sell on Amazon or ebay. If they are, then they go to other people in our group for listing and shipping.

  Thousand Oaks Originally helped with Hurricane Katrina relief by sending insurance checks to victims via FedEx. Other assignments included processing invoices per A/P department’s practices and procedures. Then helped with corporate deposits in the Check Disbursement Operations department. It was through this work that I was hired by Countrywide Home Loans, later acquired by Bank of America, to process the deposits full time.
