  Prime Sports is a sports coaching and development company aimed at Primary school chidren. We pride ourselves on being able to offer high quality sports coaching within a broad range of sports from climbing, archery, fencing to name a few.Key responsibilties:Budget management Marketing Prime Sports within the local community to get children and young adults more active.Web design and maintenance.Recruitment of coachesManaging and training a team of up to 30 coachesCreating partnerships with agencies to provide sports opportunities within their area.Liasing with schools and various multi agencies to offer sports coaching within their establishment.Delivery of high quality PE lessons and extra curricular clubs.The role requires the ability to work across all levels of the organisation be it dealing with agencies and organisations, coaches, parents and children.

  Within my role at Prime Sports I am also in charge of all the coaching. This involves the marketing for sports coaches to hiring, training and managment of these coaches. Lesson plans are also written in accordance with the National Curriculum guideines to ensure that every child has the opportunity to learn to the best of their ability.
