  During my five years with the 7th riffles, I've completed a number of courses and events, ranging from the Saint John's Ambulance medical course and British Heart Foundation practical first aid to radio communications and rifle handling. In 2019, I also finished my instructor's course so that I could teach while climbing the ranks.For anyone staff or from the ages of 13 to 18 looking to have a bit of change in civilian life whilst gaining multipurpose skills that can be applied in civilian life this is the way to go
