  I am responsible for scheduling all people involved in the service (which includes media team, musicians, ushers and welcome team), picking songs that go with the theme/scripture verse and all planning that goes in to the structure of the two contemporary services Sunday morning.I am responsible for putting together any media for these services which includes; building the service in Planning Center and ProPresenter, picking background themes, editing any video content used in the sermon, announcements and double-checking everything Sunday morning.I am responsible for all the music related things that happen in these services which include; picking songs, printing charts, rehearsing the band (we have one rehearsal Wednesday night, and another Sunday morning), and recruiting new musicians to play (which includes auditioning them or working with them on charts).I lead worship for their 1st grade-8th grade Wednesday morning chapel, which is a blend of contemporary and more traditional hymns, and also for the High school Youth program that meets Sunday nights, which has a more contemporary feel to it.Other responsibilities include; stage appearance in the contemporary worship space, help with audio/av for other sanctuary services or Monday Night service in the Chapel, we do an off-site outreach program at different venues around the city where we play live music to raise money for families in need of financial assistance.
