I had the joy of working with Mike for over a year at Juice Served Here. I would absolutely enjoy working with him again! Mike gets things done - he is always open to problem solving to get the best resolution for everyone involved. He takes care of his team - it’s easy to see he makes his team feel appreciated and welcomed. Production is a tough gig as it’s always on. Mike handled the stresses of an almost 24/7 juice production with grace. He delegates well and positions his team to succeed. Even when not provided all the equipment needed to make his job and his team’s job fluid, he consistently found creative means to attain the end goal. Mike is a valuable team mate and someone you can rely on! He always has a great attitude and keeps the energy up.
