  As the Supply Chain Systems & Inventory Coordinator, my primary task is to ensure that all stock across the business is accounted for and correctly maintained within the AP21 ERP. Reporting to the Supply Chain Systems & Inventory Specialist, the Supply Chain Systems & Inventory Coordinator I am tasked with reviewing the state of booked stock across Accent's 33 brands and 35 online platforms. Ensuring that all departments and warehouse teams adhere to correct stock movement practices, with the primary goal of keeping all reported stock accurate. Also providing support to the Supply Chain Systems & Inventory Specialist in managing integrations with 3PLs & working on projects as required.

  Leading a 2 person team, managing the reverse logistics of all eCom returns for all brands across the Accent Group. Ensuring our customer's received their refunds within SLA and ensuring our 3PL warehouse team could process each return in a timely manner.

Ensuring KPIs and CPC were met.Ensuring transport was organized for pallets to be taken to the new store location.Liaising with the operations, banking, and marketing teams to ensure all New store essentials were sent the stock.In my time in this role, I helped process over 150,000 units of stock for 40 new stores.
