Within this role, I am managing documentation of civil components for water infrastructure works and other utility services. This includes preparing construction and environmental method statements and other documents. I am tracking project deliverables during the preconstruction and construction stage through to its completion. Some key highlights included conducting Health and Safety audits to ensure compliance requirements, determining pricing of Schedule of Prices (SOP) for contracts and consulting with statutory authorities to effectively implement construction of the project. Transport Asset Intern

During this internship, I analysed assets of Wellington City Council for the Transport Asset Management Plan to assess the transportation assets for their risk. For this, I acquired training in RAMM, assessed risk on all transportation assets and created risk models for these assets using MS Excel. I liaised with the different assets teams to further understand the different assets and what risk factors were important to consider.
