  I have been a performer for many years in the classical and South American styles. I now teach in those styles, and in many others – I can offer basic rock, pop, folk, country, classical and jazz training, which will include theory and history in the genres, whether on acoustic, nylon (classical) or electric guitars.I can offer basic theoretical and composition training for songwriters and composers for the guitar and voice. This could focus more on the lyrical or the musical side, or a combination of both, depending on the desires of the student.I offer performance coaching to people approaching recital, public, private, or studio performances with guitar and voice. Coaching is different than instruction, this is geared towards people who already have some performance experience and want to take specific pieces, songs, or a programmed performance to a high level of quality.
