Over the past several years I’ve done a deep, deep dive on the Impostor Syndrome. This year I decided to study with THE thought leader in the field, Dr. Valerie Young. She’s been doing research on Impostor Syndrom for over 40 years and is the person that identified the Five Types of Impostor. So, along with my own experience from 16 years of coaching I now bring Dr. Young’s transformational framework to even more powerfully address Impostor Syndrome with my clients through individual coaching, kenotes and workshops. We have one simple mission: to address the (avoidable) impact of impostor syndrome worldwide. Impostor-related feelings lead to unproductive behaviors like holding back, chronic procrastination, self-sabotage, and burnout. Left unchecked, impostor syndrome is costly not just for individuals, but for organizations as well.
