  Project Manager responsible for development of the new office headquarters for TRT Holdings, Omni Hotels & Resorts, and Golds Gym located within the Old Parkland Campus in Dallas Texas. Project was 164,000 sf, 6 story office building over a below grade 2 level garage. Building was Jeffersonian in style with an all brick and cast stone exterior and high end interior finishes. All three entities were moved in as originally scheduled and project was delivered under budget. Managed design Architects and Engineers through the different design phases (conceptual design, design development, and construction documents) for large commercial projects. Worked closely with design assist general contractors in the different design phases to evaluate project costs and schedule and review constructability aspects of the project to maximize efficiency. Worked closely with the local jurisdiction in reviewing and negotiating building code interpretations of the evolving design.
