Insures no unauthorized use, actions, or processes take place and resolves conflicts through effective communication with leadership. • Collects processed data at selected performance measurement points to aid in determining the capability, including strengths and weaknesses, of the BUILDER system. Provides metrics and performance goals and designs process improvement measures to support the progression towards successful completion of stated goals.
