I highly recommend Michael for a Benefits and Pension managerial position. I have seen a couple of benefit managers come and go at Aon Hewitt, but Michael was, by far, the best. I worked with Michael for onboarding new employees and in managing our employee recognition programs. Michael is extremely organized, detailed oriented, and knowledgeable of employment laws and of our corporate Policies. When dealing with an issue, whether it be with an employee or with an HR system, Michael resolved the situation quickly and with fairness for all concerned parties. It would be a pleasure to work alongside Michael again.
