Promoted the airport's new credit card 123 Park system. Directed customers to appropriate airline location. Answered general questions about the airport. I was part of the team transitioning Detroit Metro's Airport paper ticketing system to an all credit card system. Each car that came to park needed to be informed of the ongoing process. We described the benefits and advantages of the new system, illustrated to the driver how the system worked. The system was devised to be user-friendly and as simple as possible to understand. If an issue came up, there was a call button the customer could use to access technical support and get an immediate response. Any further issues we couldn't resolve were then escalated to the supervisor. Show less
