It was my pleasure to hire Michael onto the versatile marketing team at Ankrom Moisan Architects. From the moment I read his cover letter and resume, I knew the firm would be privileged to have Michael join us. Our first phone call and subsequent interviews proved me correct, and I was delighted he accepted the position at AMA. From the start, Michael was a dream to manage. He immediately found his pace on a fast-moving team, juggling multiple deadlines and working with numerous internal teams to meet them. Internally, colleagues told me repeatedly how easy he was to work with. His humor, positive attitude, and incredibly organized approach to project and proposal management immediately earned him the trust of firm leadership. Michael is receptive to constructive criticism and actively seeks out feedback from coworkers and supervisors. His own harshest critic, Michael's attention to detail and dedication to producing quality marketing pieces set him apart. Approaching each project strategically, Michael is a fantastic team supporter, working with architects, project managers, and firm leadership to develop compelling design stories that help win exciting new projects. A true collaborator, graphic designers, administrative professionals, designers, and firm executives all speak highly of Michael and look forward to working with him. I cannot speak highly enough of his skills, personality, and talents. Any firm would be lucky to have Michael on their marketing team.
