● Oversee and supervise, Five Diamond, CSAA Certified Security Operations Center for Waste Management.● Oversee control of physical security at Waste Management Headquarters located at corporate headquarters in Houston, TX. ● Responsible for protecting the assets of multiple facilities for Waste Management facilities across the country, including but not limited to WMRE, CNG, Pipeline, Leachate facilities.● Represent Corporate Security Team during normal business hours and after hours. Act as the first line of defense in all matters pertaining to security for Waste Management assets and external clients.● Coordinate and contact all relevant information for processing and distribution to field personnel including District Manager’s, Site Manager’s and Route Manager’s as required.● Schedule and train Security Specialists on the proper procedures for multiple platforms and automation software.● Responsibility includes the receipt, dispatch of responders, management of responder performance, disposition of alarm condition, documentation and dissemination of information ● Key contributor to the security operations team in the event of a crisis situation that would threaten the safe and secure business operations at all WM facilities across the country. This includes natural disasters, workplace violence, labor strikes, facility emergencies, severe/inclement weather, fire and safety issues of serious injury or death.● Responsible for internal daily reports for alarms and incidents, and for generating Crime Reports/ Statistics for all alarm customers.● Assist Security Directors with internal investigations. Process incident reports for theft, fires, fraud, injuries and death.● Conduct video reviews as needed to assist with both internal and external investigations.● Support all service technicians during scheduled maintenance of security and fire systems for WM and external clients.

● Receive inbound calls from drivers loading gasoline and distillates from Conoco Phillips, Kinder-Morgan, BP, Chevron, Shell, Exxon etc. terminals and oil refineries. ● Problem solving for drivers when they have difficulty with a load, they call to check on their remaining allocations under COP contract ● Master the understanding of and the ability to solve problems related to PC architecture and its effects on various software applications being fed by DTN Data. ● Provides strong feedback to management concerning potential reasons for defective equipment and software, Global Problems, re-occurring problems, and Corporate Customer issues. ● Provide in-depth technical equipment support to internal and external customers, including, but not limited to: Installations, reception-related problems, navigation and systems utilization, content issues, defective equipment, and pass thru issues. ● Provides customer support through the ability to lead customers through the navigation and utilization of products, including all aspects of the content contained within the various products. ● Works closely with Product Management to ensure customer service knowledge of potential changes to products and/ or software. ● Performs follow up calls on replacement equipment, to assure an operational system at customer’s location. ● Applies proper service credit amounts to customer accounts as required. ● Maintains accurate computer records of all customer support contacts. Trading Markets Support Specialist ● Provide overnight customer support for multiple clients, Commodities Traders, Energy Traders and Active Traders. ● Provided support for multiple software applications including DTN Prophet X, DTN IQ and DTN IQ Feed. ● Live monitor to ensure that all quotes update in real-time. ● Monitor data feeds, high-end analytical software, streaming and time sensitive quotes, historical data.
