As leaders in higher education admissions solutions, we know it is important to invest in proper training. Not only can training affect your bottom line, but it can help your team work together and boost morale. At Nn we pride ourselves on providing you with several training options, including virtual options. We approach admissions training and marketing solutions head on, giving colleges and universities the expertise to exceed goals. We embrace “appreciative inquiry” and seek to understand what is working first. But we also know that even the best solutions fail if an organization can’t manage the implemented changes. Using this as a guiding principle, we understand that our true task isn’t limited to knowing what to do for your school/college but rather understanding your institution’s culture. Show less

Stiglich Sports Training Academy ( S.S.T. Academy) is a developmental organization that specializes in what is called the "triple threat". Many basketball fans will recognize this as a basic stance young "hoopsters" learn their first day of camp. Rest easy, this is still very much alive in my training, but I have a different interpretation that will "assist" them. As a former athlete and business leader, I have always marveled at the parallels between the locker room and the board room. Additionally, I have taken the very lessons and principles learned on the court and successfully "transitioned" them in the business world. The 'triple threat" I believe will "net" success, even as the game and business world evolve, are: Leadership: " the action of leading, guiding, directing, influencing a group of people" A quality sought after by coaches and CEO's alike. Fundamentals: " serving as a basis, supporting existence or structure" The essential ingredients to a solid foundation in business and athletics. Execution: "the carrying out or putting into effect of a plan, or course of action" The time when fundamentally prepared, confident leaders shine. S.S.T. Academy focuses intensely on the "triple threat", and will "weave" these teachings into every interaction with the athlete. You all have heard the statistics, or chances, of someone "going to the show".....and so have I. Which is why I have "full court pressed" the areas that will prove beneficial no matter what path the individual chooses. Show less
