Serve as second in command and promotes the success of the brigade through enforcing the commander's guidance on appropriate manning, staffing, and training guidance. Some of my more specific goals are to promote awareness of the brigade's involvement in their communities, benefit added for guardsmen in the civilian workforce, and improve our recruiting and retention of quality officer's, NCOs, and soldiers.
