Sparace was an amazing product manager to work with. Whenever there was some sort of product-related or technical discussion the team could always rely on Sparace to piece together all the various conversations and decisions into well formed tickets. With his technical knowledge he was able to ask pertinent questions and make sure no stone was left unturned. He also brought the right balance to these conversations which allowed for everyone to speak their minds while also making sure the discussion was still on topic. Whenever there was some sort of stressful situation like an urgent deadline or a sudden issue in production, he maintained his calm demeanor and brought order to these more chaotic scenarios. Sparace is also very personable. Whenever I needed any sort of help or clarification I always felt comfortable giving him a quick call. I always felt like he had my best interests in mind and this brings the level of honesty and trust that is integral to any well-functioning team. He was a great product manager and a great person to have around. He will be greatly missed by everyone on the team and is sure to succeed wherever he goes next.
