  As a software developer I am the technical lead on most of the projects I work on, I contribute to the technical decisions that the entire development team makes and I work on a number of other projects as a developer. All of the products that I work on use Java (8 and 11) with Spring MVC, the newer products are using React for the front-end. We use Jenkins as our CI system.   My main area was 'Webscraping'​, this involves acting like a user on a website, filling in all the forms and extracting the relevant information from the pages, returning that information to the user through the core API. I also worked in some of the other development areas, having a detailed knowledge of the company's systems, working mainly with SOAP web services and XML based API's.
