Mike is always organized and very good at bringing all of the details together that make a project successful. He is comfortable in any type of project management structure (Agile, Waterfall, etc) and is an easy person for everyone to work with. Mike's technical background is makes a big difference in how he is able to communicate with the technical resources on his team. His business skills also make him a great communicator to company executives and also clients. I would work with Mike on any project.
