I started as an intern working Engineering Cost Management in Commercial Modification and was hired permantly in the B-52 program area when I graduated from college. Then I became the lead Business Operations Analyst for B-52 Development Programs. Since I work on Government programs I work heavily in Earned Value Management. My current duties included budgeting, tracking performance to the budget, variance analysis (cost and schedule), reporting (both internal and external to the Government), Estimates at Completion (EAC), forecasting, funds management, implementing compliance plans to support internal and external audits, helping develop and implement the Long Range Business Plan, and communicating with my Air Force customer on a regular basis to maintain a good working relationship.
