Dave Roletto
Mike is one of those rare people who is blessed to be a brilliant technical architect, with exceptional people management. He was instrumental at both IBM and Genesis Financial Solutions, inspiring those who worked with him and for him. It would be a great pleasure to work with him again.
Shannon Simmons, MBA
Michael and I worked together for the first time on a post go-live Hypercare plan. He supplied critical technical information that I was not privy to but needed to incorporate within the Project Plan and Playbook. Due to the urgent nature of most Hypercare topics, last minute meetings and fire drills became the normal mode of operation. Michael never hesitated to attend last minute meetings and answer technical questions in a timely manner. He was also able to keep tasks on track by drawing attention to previous work already done and critical stakeholders that would need to be engaged. As a Project Manager, I rely on the technical prowess of professionals like Michael, but sometimes I don't receive an appropriate level of support. Michael was the exception. I received ample support and learned new concepts that I was able to apply to other projects.
