The Rear of House Manager role comprises of managing a diverse range of activities. This can range from courier management within the Postroom environment to discussing refurbishment works with incoming contractors. Assisting with Car Park management on-site as well as project involvement / management with the building General Manager. • Management of Loading Bay Security team – Supervisor lead the team to process all visitors in and out of site via a visitor management system, Passbadge. We typically process approximately 6,000 visitors per month. My duties at Citypoint include...• Contractor management – The Loading bay Security team manages daily permits, access passes and keys for contractors arriving at site. We also control the permit to work aspect of contractors work as no one is allowed to work on-site without one. • Car Park and vehicle management – All vehicles accessing the site will have a security search conducted and pass produced for access to be given. All occupiers and visitors arriving to site via a bicycle, motorbike or car are scanned in via an allocated car park tag and assigned a parking bay. Regular patrols and car park records keeping are conducted twice a day. • Brookfield Properties– The client engages with the on-site service teams to provide the overall vision they have for the site. We work closely with the site general manager and meet once a month to discuss our progress and updates in our areas of responsibility. • Team Development / Training – Provide, monitor and sign off all training completed with security and Postroom teams. Ensuring staff are fully conversant with the operation of equipment during emergencies on-site and that up to date records are kept. I also provide the X-ray machine training and banksman training to all security officers on site.
