  A little background of my work at Wood Group. Hired as an R&D Toolmaker to work directly with Engineering. After my 90 day probation period I was offered the Foreman's position of the Machining, Quality, and Paint Department. Three months after that I over saw Plasma, NDT, Engineering and X-ray Departments for the Machining Manufacturing Dept. including my previous responsibilities. This all took place in my first 180 days with this company. I was now responsible for all Scheduling, Production Meetings, Problem Solving, Outsourcing, On Time delivery, Monthly Expenditures and oversaw Engineering schedules. I was responsible for all Employees over 1st and 2nd shift. .
