I've had the pleasure of working with Michael off and on for a decade now, in kids sailing activity, but now even in a professional context. As a consequence I was uncertain if I was biased when picking him and Zenit for a crucial project with many "unknowns" in my new role. Micke has, however delivered just as professionally as he always does, and I couldn't be more happy with the results. He is accurate, timely, but what I appreciate most is his capability of straight talk and independent thinking. Sedan dess att Klubbuvecklingsprojektet inleddes 2008 har Micke varit en nära samarbetspartner till mig, i sin roll som ansvarig för seglarskolan och träningsverksamheten i Bjärreds Optimistjolleklubb. Micke har stolt fört "BOJK andan" vidare. Detta har han gjort genom att värva nya utövare till sporten och utveckla dem. BOJK har ofta varit väl representerat på kappseglingar de senaste åren, detta har Micke i allra högsta grad bidragit till! Jag uppskattar även Mickes grafiska förmågor och vilja att ställa upp med kort varsel. Micke är en förebild för många och har på ett bra sätt fostrat nästa generation av ledare, inte bara i det vanliga arbetet utan även då klubben representerats på nationella möten och kongresser.
