  DofE Leadership Award Ceremony 2016 - 2017Managing, Facilitating and Organising the DofE Awards Ceremonies at the Beach Ballroom Aberdeen.Organising and participation in meetings where price projections were analysed to ensure it corresponded with our budget.Organising possible sponsorship from Companies which involved writing business proposals which were sent via mail and e-mail to the various potential sponsors. Involved in visits to the site where the ceremony was to be held along with organising and delegating positions and roles on the night.Presented an aspect of Duke of Edinburgh that was newly introduced into the education system and curriculum called the 'DofE Leadership Award'. This presentation lasted around 5 minutes and was held in front of around 170 plus people on the night.Year of the Young Person Ceremony 2018Active role over budget, decoration, timetabling and facilitation of the event as well as presentation of the awards ceremony. Delivered within budget by myself and one other person Negotiations on Budget, Funding and Property rental with Aberdeen City CouncilSecured £1000 from Aberdeen City council as contribution to the event. This was the highest amount ever given to DofE by ACC.

  Learning set choreography from professional dance teachers in order to create Lord of the Flies show which was performed at HMT. Time spent researching and creating a personal character for the Dance show. Showing up to classes on time and maintaining a high level of motivation throughout continuous rehearsals spanning over an intense month which graduated to the final two weeks in which rehearsals were scheduled six days a week. Some months later another show was held and funded by the company which was then performed at the Lemon tree, as a group we were responsible for creating the entire show including the choreography and theme, as well as personally creating a duet piece with a partner.
