Michael had worked for me in a couple different capacities when I was at Mohawk and he was one of the best Territory Managers I have ever had on any of my teams. Michael is a self-starter, an extremely hard worker who is always in complete control of his business. Not a Territory Manager that needed to be micro-managed, but yet one who when give direction and/or goals he would always achieve results that were positive.
