It allowed participants to gain skills and experience to be in a position to move into a managerial/technical position at the end of the two year term. Within the graduate scheme the placement was within the Enterprise Quality Assurance department, with a focus on the Business Intelligence stream. IFDS has since been acquired by DST Systems Inc.
