As the National Director of Quality for Risk for Vituity Medical Group, I oversee the Risk program of quality surveillance, Claims review and adjudication, educational offerings in Risk which include CME provision and LMS modules for a 2200+ Physician, 2000+ Advanced Providers and associated insurance company, The Mutual RRG. We produce one of the most successful Risk Educational Courses in the country. I chair our Opioid Crisis Whitepaper production and we have created an additional educational course on Opioids and the manament of acute and chronic pain, Opioid Use Disorder, and Cognitive Bias. As a Regional Director at CEP America, I supervised the overall performance and personnel of 9 Emergency Departments and 2 Hospitalist groups. I serve on CEPA's Operational Committee and have special charges in LEAN operational adaptations to Emergency Department flow and Risk Management. I have mentored over 50 successful Medical Directors for the partnership and many more Assistant Directors.
